Born and raised in Lebanon, Indiana, Katie heard the call of nursing after her mother was diagnosed with cancer and was moved by the compassionate care provided by the nurses during that time.
Lara grew up in Zionsville, Indiana and was first drawn to nursing as a way to give back to the community. Her mother set a strong value in her heart to volunteer and help people.
Tilara came to St. Elizabeth School of Nursing later in life with a degree already in hand. She had been pursuing the medical field when she finally decided to become a nurse after her own experience with severe preeclampsia.
